Kinda like DEQ up here I suppose (Department of Environmental Quality) which runs he emissions test places.

If you are doing the swap then you shouldn't honestly have a problem as long as al of the emissions meet your year of manufactures emissions standards and passes the sniffer.

Just like any other swap really but the swap is extensive work and adds up fast....just an FYI.

The one I have seen running off of factory ECU into a 7th gen Civ ran the guy about $4,000 not counting engine.
