Occasionally, while sitting in stand-still traffic, my car will start to overheat. If I am moving the slightest bit its fine but if I'm in traffic or stop the car and let it sit for more than a couple minutes the H20 temp starts to rise. Does this indicate a thermostat sticking? Or a fan gone bad (the fans dont kick on)?
