It will take more than a day. Do you have another car you can drive around? If not, I would do it piece by peice over a few weekends. (i.e. do your rear LCAs tomorrow, front LCAs and A arms next week, shifter and endlink bushings the following week, etc.) If you don't need your car for immediate transportation, you could put it up on stands, remove all the suspension, and take the suspension peices in to a shop to have them pressed, come back home and put it all back on. Even with a shop doing the pressing, I'd figure at least two days to completely dissasemble and reassemble your suspension.
And if you don't have access to a press (or a shop with one), get ready to go wild with a dremel :nervous:
This is one of the most time-consuming DIYs... so be prepared. Ask us any specific questions you can come up with.
