'15 Honda Civic LX 1.8

Just did an engine swap. Ran great for several days. Now it won't Start. I plug in my Code reader, do crank relearn. Runns great Until I Unhook the Code reader and Dies Instantly , and won't Start up.. Help Please!

What codes are being thrown?

Correct ECU for the swapped engine? (And modified wiring harness to support it)
Flaky connection to crank position sensor? (Bad sensor, bad ground?)
