    can't find it, but there used to be a car wax commercial that said

    "there's more than one way to get tennis elbow"

    and showed a guy waxing his car.

    i try to convince my girl to play tennis every weekend. getting closer, got the racquets out yesterday :o

    Epicondylitis. Go to an orthopedist and get a cortisone shot. It will hurt like all hell getting the shot, but after that you'll be as golden as the urine sample you'll have to do prior.

    Google "Topricin." I use it for a chronic back injury and occasional carpal tunnel inflammation.
