Lately I've been drinking water. It has a very slight beer flavor to it. The cans say "Coors Light" on them.

    good one :o

i compared my deuce of blue light and my deuce of iced tea / lemonade (stats don't include the vodka)

labatt blue light, 24oz: 224 calories, 15.8g carbs
arnold palmer peach half & half iced tea: 150 calories, 42g carbs

iced tea just has so much sugar... i don't think it's better than soda at this point. it's really good though.

Less pop, more water. 2 cans a day max. Trying to drink at least 2L of water throughout the day. I've also taken to SoBe Lifewater as well. It rates B- to a C on Fooducate, but it's better than Mt. Dew.

I don't drink a lot of beer or liquor, so I'm not worried about cutting that back.

I love soda, but I'm trying to cut down. So lots of water. Don't really drink that much beer. I do like the Sam Adams Summer though.

Probably 10-14 microbrews a week. A buddy of mine just got a fulltime gig at Abita Brewery down the street from my office, so I no longer pay for beer.

And water. It's cheaper, and they say it's better for you or something.

Captain and Coke Zero is my drink of choice. Occasional beer or wine thrown in depending on the occasion, and just water and an occasional Coke Zero at the office or dinner or whatever.

i basically just drink water and coffee throughout the day at work, at least 2-3 bottles of water a day, 3 cups of coffee (7am, 9am, 3pm).

always have oj in the house, i'll have a glass every couple days if i get bored or happen to have breakfast.

That was just some random Google images picture. I did however order my first dozen on Amazon Prime .

    I've since found them locally.

found some "light" lemonade at a local grocery store. barely any calories or sugar, mixed with smirnoff and some water... golden.

bought a bottle of this. might break into it this weekend with some pancakes and bacon for breakfast.

After having a pretty strict beer diet for the last few years, I'm drinking a bit of rum and diet these days. Sometimes it helps to have the caffeine, and it's the perfect drink to smuggle into the movies.

<3 craft beer. As of lately it's been Heavy Seas Loose Cannon, Dogfish 90minute IPA, New Belgium 1554, O'Connors Great Dismal Black IPA, or St George's Porter.

Liquor wise Belvedere/Cranberry, or Peach Ciroc.
