Got a scale last night and weighed in at 205. so I have dropped 35lbs over the last couple months but I am having an issue breaking the 200 mark no matter what I do, looks like I am going to have to look into a diet change (possibly paleo) and start a full workout routine since my legs are getting all the workout time right now and I need chest and arm a bit more.
This paycheck I am probably going to pick up a set of dumbells and get that rolling a bit.

How tall are you? I'm 6'3 and am at 204.8 as of this morning due to packing on some weight while on vacation last week. I did go down to 181lbs Fall time of last year but thought that was too skinny. With hitting the gym I'm most comfortable around the 190-200lb mark.

I am about 6'3" and looking to hit somewhere around 185 to 190 then put weight back on in the form of muscle. I have a spare tire I am working on and sadly a slight case of the moobs I am not happy with
So maybe I can clean a lot of that up with just hitting the weight pile regularly, but the weight is a goal as I haven't weighed in below 200 since my snowboarding days when I couldn't get above 180 if I tried.

So my week ended yesterday and my goal of 100 miles ended up at 141 miles total for the week 
Starting to save for a new bike since this one is a hair small and the overall fitment is poor especially once I hit 30+ miles in a single ride my wrists and knees are feeling it pretty badly. Until then I will push on and try to maintain an average of 100-150 a week as long as I am not being incapacitated by it.

Today is heart training day and a good one for it with a heavy headwind.
Basically it is a high rpm ride keeping your heart rate at 70-80% of max. Currently 7.5 miles into my 20 mile ride.

I hit the "bonk" today and I gotta be honest it scared me a little. Wasn't real extreme but when I finally stopped I had to hold onto my bike for support for a minute and that's not good.
After thinking about why this happened it suddenly struck me that I hadn't eaten anything but a light breakfast, then went to work for 5 hours and immediatley after started my ride. 
Lesson learned.

Just got a gym membership a couple minutes ago.
$30/month. Great place, open 24/7, and I'm stoked to have a place to get into shape again. My university center is always packed and has horrible hours.

Went to the gym. :o
Taking my time and getting back into it slowly. Just did db bench, press, and squat. I'm out of shape man, 200 squat felt relatively heavy. 
Going to get everything stretched out this week, then start hitting it hard again next week.
For what it's worth, I weighed in a 195 this morning, and I'm right at 6' with shoes on. I'd ideally like to weigh 175 at around 12% body fat again. Those were the days.

Set a new personal best on the 10 mile and beat my old best by 5 seconds today. 
On my second 10 I was doing hills and saw a roadie up ahead, he didn't know it but we were racing and after several hills and about 2.5 miles I finally passed him on a short downhill then we went seperate ways...felt good and I got the finger for it 
Anywho I stepped on the scale tonight and weighed in at 200, been bouncing between 205 and 210 for a couple weeks now so hoping I broke the plateau and am on my way again.
