Yes, BorgWarner chains and sprockets made in Ithaca New York. I believe a couple of the components (I think the guide arm, tensioner arm and oil pump drive guide) are Japanese sourced.

i don't know, my 94 honda is noisy (clickedy, clack, especially in cold weather) even with the quiet timing belt. my cars got 133k and never been changed. i'll wait till it self destructs so i can get a new car.
