Default Bike peeps come hither

I've been riding a Diamondback Trace hybrid since last Spring and it's been good for casual rides/pulling a child bike trailer/shorter rides but would like to pick up something with a little lighter that can achieve greater speed for road biking. I don't want to spend a lot so second hand is preferred. I'm hoping to find something decent that I don't have to sink a lot of money into. I know it makes it harder for suggestions since I'm looking in the used market but any input is appreciated.

What do you guys think of this:

It looks to be a 2013 Felt Z100 but the price seems a little too good to be true...

As long as you can do the transaction in person and test drive it first I would consider it, but it looks like you can order a brand new one online for around 750+/- so unless it has electronics or an upgraded groupset it seems a hair high on price especially used.

The site I located was a Euro site so shipping puts it in that same range.

Well, it looks like that bike has probably already sold since the posting is gone now. It seemed like a solid price considering it was a 2013 model and they were only asking $300 vs. $750+ new.

Any other suggestions for solid choices in the used under $400 road bike market?

Oh I thought I saw an asking price of 850, my bad h:

I don't have any real suggestions on road bikes right now, I have been gearing up on touring bikes.

Bike in OP was probably stolen for that price.

I have an '07 Felt z80 that I got used for $500 with shimano 105/tiagra mix. She is a trusty steed. I'd recommend the brand to anyone.

Yeah, you're probably right. I've found a lot of "steals" on CL while searching for a used bike. I'm sure a lot of people aren't bothered by buying stolen goods but I don't really want to deal with shady sellers.

Look for Tiagra front shifters vs Sora. Tiagra uses the lever integrated into the brake lever to shift where Sora has separate levers on the side. Aluminum frame is going to be good enough unless you get super cereal into cycling.

Whoa, you're still alive? I started to wonder after you moved away and left Facebook. Still cycling a lot?

No, it's too damn hot. Outdoor weather is March and November in Arkansas.
