If you're ever around, try the "sausage patty". It's an entire disc layer of sausage that sits between the sauce & cheese.

I did have their Chicago Classic which had that sausage layer that you mention. Honestly one of the best pies I've ever had...ever evar.

I'm still with the same biotech managing their legal/commercial contracts. Lots of work but I dont have to travel too much which is great (although I did just get back from a two week trip to the UK - bleh)
