Hehe, I don't know what kind of answer you want. I merely lowered my Integra 2 inches with springs and a front camber kit and it was night and day difference in tightness around corners and ride harshness (probably because of stock shocks with 150k+ miles on them). Definitely worth the small amount of money it cost.

it will increase handling yes, lower center of gravity will help reduce body roll, but its till there until you upgrade the sway bars (mainly the rear). i love my handling:
Skunk2 coilovers/ Tokico Blue shocks/ Front & Rear strut bars/ Comptech Sway/Tie-bar combo w/ polyurethane bushings

with good components (just shocks/springs), yes, the limits will increase. however, i think the biggest difference from those upgrades lies in a better feel and subsequently more confidence in pushing it. obviously, tires are of the utmost importance.
then, you have things like sway bars, bushings, etc.. those also make an important difference.
most importantly, you want good, reputable pieces. it'd majorly suck to spend money on something that worsens your handling.
i put my koni yellows on at the same time as my rear sway bar, so i'm not entirely sure, but i think of all the things i've done, the thicker sway bar made the biggest difference.
suspension mods:
- h&r oe sport springs
- koni yellow sp3s
- itr rear sway bar
- gs-r front strut bar
- kumho ecsta supra 712s (on their way out, MXs will be next, i think)

how about ride? is the ride harsher? i mean over bumps and stuff. my dad's f350 rides like it has really stiff suspension, but then that's a truck for you too. i like it how my ride is smooth and all and would HATE to waste it on springs that make the ride more bumpy. gs-r's feel like ur riding on air.

I have been happy with my setup, and yes it improves handling quite a bit. I would actually like to drive a stock integra, just to see what it feels like. My setup is
eibach sportlines
tokico illuminas
gsr front strut bar
kumho mx's 205/50/15
Next will be the itr rear sway bar.

- kumho ecsta supra 712s (on their way out, MXs will be next, i think) (Kumho is CRAP...anything is better than those. I switched from them, my wheels came with them, to Toyo Proxies and I noticed a huge handling difference in the two tires)
