Weight of a 92-95 CX
I've been trying to look up the curb weight for this car, but some sites say around 2000lbs while other ones say 3000lbs. Anyone know the actual curb weight of this car or a site where I can find this?

empirical data to back up txhatch...
I just figured out how long it would take to make a 3055lb, 70hp D15B8 powered car go 1320 feet...
"Your cx civic weighs about 3055 pounds and can complete a 1/4 mile in about 22.383 seconds. That means that you've got about 53.84 HP at the wheels, and about 70.00 HP at the flywheel."
I ran a DX engine at Richmond Dragway (104hp) in my '92 CX chassis with the wrong (CX) injectors, running lean, and produced these numbers...
17.95 @ 75.5 mph.
Running that info through the same calculator, you get this (I'm 190lbs) ... "Your cx civic weighs about 2284 pounds and can complete a 1/4 mile in about 17.95 seconds. That means that you've got about 78.05 HP at the wheels, and about 101.47 HP at the flywheel."
Every car will vary a few lbs. The only way to know for sure is to weigh it. What tx hatch posted is right-on for the numers I turned.
