Default What should I get for $150 - $200?

My gf is going to buy me a car part for Xmas and knew I wanted some new ears for my car, but now I am thinking, I should start under the hood first? I was looking at the JDM side power side mirrors w/ manuel fold from www.tornactive.com

Or maybe some HIDs?

I dunno

Back ground
D16Y8 w/ Injen short ram. that is all I have in the engine bay for now.

thanks!
