Default 2nd radiator in 1.5 years? is this normal?

hey folks fabs here....well i was filling up the rad. reservoir a few weeks ago cause it was empty. After a few days i looked again and no fluid, i looked underneith the rad (where there is the splash guard? ) and saw a bid of fluid sitting there and i new my rad was busted again! i changed it in december of '01 and i had the car in storage for 6 months (during last winter). Is it normal for a rad to go out after a short amount of time? do you know if most rads are under warranty? let m eknow..thanks

My current radiator 11 years old. I am about to replace it but not because it doesnt work, just because I want to replace before it doesnt work. Upgrading to something to better.

True. Have you pin-pointed the spot that's leaking on the radiator?
