Default Couple quick zc+d15bvtec swap q's

Just a couple quick questions... I dont want to assume too much and then be SOL when I go to install the new engine.
Car: 92 dx hatch
Will my 5spd trans mate up to both of these engines no prob.?
I wont need a diff. ecu if I play to run the zc, correct?
The wiring will all be the same with the zc if i'm using the dx ecu..?
If I decide to go d15b vtec, then I have to get that ecu, and thats it? How difficult is it to re-do the wiring?
pretty simple, just dont want to be suprised!
I did a couple searches and I couldnt find many answers to these questions...
TIA
Later/joe

Are you getting a sohc zc? Your current tranny will bolt up to the sohc zc and d15b-vtec.

Also why are you considering a dohc zc? It is obd-0.

you can still swap and OBD0 engine into an OBD1 car right? I mean it might be illegal since its not the same model year or newer...
