Default fuel system troubles

just bought a 93 integra. It will crank but won't start, well, after turning on i noticed that there is no sound whatsoever from the fuel pump starting up. I believe it may be the fuel system main relay. what else is there that i can check, and is there any way i can make sure it is the relay before i replace it.

The first thing to do if you're not getting any noise from the fuel pump is to see if the pump is getting a voltage sent to it when you turn the key to the "on" position (without starting it). If there's a voltage then you know the problem lies with the pump; if there's no power then you have a wiring issue, which may be the PGM-FI main relay.
