Default B18C1 engine... A Civic Bolt-On?

Hey all,

I've got my old B18C1 engine out of my Intergra GSR sitting here...

was wondering, Is this engine a direct fit into a Civic?

And if so, what Type of Civic and what year Range?

I'm trying to decide on wether to buy a Civic as a project car, or sell my b18c1 :naughty:

Thanks all!

5th is 92-95. 6th is 96-00. If you search this board you should find the car info for each generation.

You can also look into 3rd generation (84-87) and 4th gereration (88-91) cars, they are lighter and would be significantly faster with the same engine, but it is a little more expensive to fit the B18C into them. The added cost of the swap plus the older car will still be about the same price or cheaper then the newer car alone.
