I figured that it was on account of the endlinks that the sway bar was rattling, but I didn't expect this. I have the old Comptech rear sway, what do you guys suggest I do?

if you like thes sway bar, just get new end links. Or if you want a new bar, then get a new bar and new end links. Not much choice in the matter.

i have the new Comptech Sway/Tie-bar setup. It also came with adjustable endlinks - they also rattle slightly. I've read of people getting the OEM rubber endlinks to minimize the rattle, but like all rubber things, they deteriorate. Just get new endlinks from Comptech. They should supply them for a relatively low price.

From what I've gathered, these endlinks use a spherical joint and no bushings. I believe that I'd need to replace both parts? Even with new endlinks there will still be excessive rattle?

yes, the comptech endlinks utilize a spherical joint. replace the male/female units for brand new.

about the rattle, i BELIEVE its because i may have the endlinks adjusted too long. the directions from comptech say to set them 3-1/4" apart. however that is for the soft setting. harder settings require a longer distance between the joints.

Whats so fuxored about them chanc? I cant tell from the pictures, but did the spherical bushing fall out or break?

I pulled bits and pieces out of it, you can kind of see them on the third picture. I'm sure they are what's making the noise, they seem really loose. I couldn't move the bar by hand at all though.
