Boycott this business!!!
Today my sister was coming home and got into an accident. She was merging into the left lane, and she signaled and looked. This lady in a silver Cadillac CTS comes up from behind her and sideswiped her car. My sister was over 75% in the lane already.
So when my sister got out to exhange information with the lady, she said to my sister, " You should learn how to drive b*itch." My sister being a Christian didn't say anything in return, as she was the more mature one.
I however had to say something so I went up to the lady and ask her if she made a comment about my sister, and she was like yea. I told her that she should be very careful with what she says to people especially when we know where she works. Then she said something but I walked away and ignored her.
Now get this the lady that hit my sister is the CEO/Broker of Rally's Insurance Services (insures Auto, Home, Water Craft, Worker comp, Motorcycle, Commercial, Medical and Bond).
So I'm asking people to boycott this business, cause if a CEO/Broker of the business is willing to treat my sister like that. It only goes to show how it can treat their customer.

I plan on filing a complaint to BBB, cause a CEO of a company knows better then to use profanity especially when she was the one that hit my sister.

filing with BBB wont do anything. the way she acting towards your sister has nothing to do with her business. its more of a personal thing.

jesus people are stupid. something similar almost happend to me once, except instead of hitting the car i swerved and my damn shitbox almost went out of controll.

It was more like the lady's front right headlight/fender area hit my sisters left fender/driver door hinge area. The lady hit my sister not my sister hit the lady.
