is it possible ???
i have an ls and im wondering if i could put a k20a3 head on the ls block the k20a3 is off a 02 civic si i dont think it can be done but if it can im doing it let me know please someone....

You might be able to do it with enough time or money, but then you could have bought the whole K-series motor.
If you want VTEC for your LS you should stick with a B-series head.
