FS/FT: 1986.5 Toyota Supra: Pics
As sad as it may be for me, I think it is time to part with my Supra for now. I will buy one in the future, but I need a winter car, and the Supra definitely is not a winter car. Here are the specifics:
- 1986.5 Supra 7MGE (non-turbo)
- Solid roof (No Targa)
- 156000 miles
- Bought in April, Florida car
- Burgandy outside and inside
- Interior is immaculate (shift knob and boots are worn though)
- One spot of rust on right side near rear bumper
- No other rust on body or chassis
- Full set of trim to replace worn trim
- Paint clear coat is peeling
- Dent in drivers door and driver front fender is pushed in slightly, not noticable unless examining closely.
- Plugs, wires, and many hoses replaced
- Brembo OE replacement rotors
- Axxis metal master pads
* 1000 miles at most on the new brakes
- Car runs strong, but idles high
* ~2500 rpms when cool
* ~3000 rpms when hot
- Note the engine picture shown below is before the plugs, wires, and hoses were replaces. Compartment looks a little cleaner now.
- I also have a CT-26 Turbo which came with the Turbo Supra which I was going to get rebuilt and turn this into a Turbo Supra, so the turbo will be going with the car unless someone wants to buy it off of me here.
- Looking to get $2000, but very willing to negotiate. I have pictures as well, so just drop me a line and make an offer.
- Will consider any trade within reason. Looking for either a FWD or a AWD car that I can use in the winter. A Civic Hatch might be nice, but I doubt anyone would want to trade one of those.
