HID System $250 D2R bulbs $50
2 Panasonic Ballasts with seperate starters, 2 Philips D2R 4100K bulbs. Would need to be fitted to halogen headlights, but is a fairly easy project.
The ballasts are tiny (about 2.5" square and 1" tall), so finding a mounting location is not that hard, plus the wirring from the ballast to the bulb socket is about 1.5 feet long, so the ballasts dont have to be that close to the headlights.
$250 firm... plus shipping.

Also, Philips D2R 4100K bulbs... $50 a pair, little use.
