This monday morning didn't feel too bad, usually I wake up and feel like shit. So hopefully this week flies by pretty quick.

In - don't smoke... well I do on occasion, not cigarettes though, mostly cigars. Never do it while driving - no smoking allowed in my car. Furthermore, I hate seeing cigarette butts lying around everywhere...

Don't smoke. I did smoke for about a year and half in college, but I was totally a social smoker. Just something for me to do at bars, with friends, or while waiting for my next class to start. Probably went through about a pack a week. Never smoked in the car or in my house -- didn't want that smell to follow me around.

Quit smoking on Feb 26th.

I will have a couple on the weekends when drinking with friends.
No cravings or nothing at all unless drinking now.

Use to smoke when I was high and when the people I was around smoked. Which probably was once a month. Probably havent touched a cig in 8 years.

Woke up, felt like crap, went to work, worked a couple hours, went home...on couch working now.

Haven't smoked a single cigarette in my life. Have had various cigars, and from time to time a toke o' hookah though.

And no one smokes in my cars. Not if they want to live.
You can never get that smell out.

It's been a quiet day so far.
Ran some errands up to Novato and was passed by a horde of semi-trucks hauling the rubble from the Doyle Drive demolition.

At a $1BN total cost, it's a pretty big project.
And one that is decades overdue.
Having grown up here, it's good to see progress being made.
