tack install question

Default tack install question

ok im am trying to install a tack on a 1990 honda civic STD hatchback, and need t know where i plug in the green wire any help will be greatly appreciated

if it's the thumbtack style, just push with the end of your thumb. if it's a standard tack, use a small hammer, like a ball peen.

since you only have one tack, a tack gun would be a waste of money.

now if we're talking about a TACH, or tachometer, the green wire is the rpm monitor, and should be tapped into any rpm signal lead. the easiest one is on your ECM.

hehehe, PWNed, I was going to point it out, but that was clever as hell.

Don't forge on some non-tach trims there is a connector for it, on the drivers side, near the firewall in the engine compartment.

There was a thread on it a while back. I think it might have been a blue two-wire plug...
