What are the advantages and disadvantages of the Kawasaki Z650?
Advantages:
Feels like a light commuter.
Low seat height. Gives good confidence.
Really usable low end torque. Even the dominars I have ridden have knocking and need to lower gears. But the z650 is a beauty in this department.
Accelerates real awesome for the kinda money you put in.
Awesome light clutch.
Adjustable clutch and break levers.
Disadvantages:
Poor Ground clearance. Will scrape if you ain't careful.
Pathetic pillion seat
personally felt that the upright ktm 200 like ergonomics would have been better for longer rides.
The seat ain't really suitable for long rides.
It's a small flickable bike , but I have still not gained confidence in taking tight u turns without placing my leg down.
Most accessories need to be imported through a friend if you don't wanna rip your pocket.
Note.: All the above are based on my 6 month owner experiences and 7000+ on the odo
