two guys i met at the marina autoX?
i went to an auto X on sunday aug 10 and i met two guys there. i think your names were TJ and Kim. you guys said you took pictures of my integra on the course and you'd post them up on this site. where are you guys? i wanna see those pictures!! haha

Was this a SCCA event?
I was at the august 3rd one in GGF. My friend took pics of just about every car there. Which run group were you in and what was the car number?
He also went to the one on the 10th so if you give me the info I can find out if he has pics. He has lower resolution (800x600?) ones for free and super duper high resolution ones for sale. Taken with his Nikon D100.

no, it was august 10th, a tiger club event. i heard about the scca one though. someone told me there were about two hundred cars there and everyone only got to run 4 times, is that true?

200 is a low number for the SF region :chuckles: and they usually only give you 3runs
what's the tiger club? can any car/one run? anymore info? I'm always looking for more venues

200 a LOW number? geeze. and only three runs?. the tiger club is full of sunbeam tiger cars. my moms boyfriend (parts of the shelby cobra) club goes to their events and they can bring guest. i dont think anyone can go. we got about 12 runs each. it was my first auto X and i was surrounded by a bunch of domestic cars. haha. no one for me to compare to. id like to go to an auto X with more cars similar to mine. do you know of any? im from the bay area.

there is a SCCA Sacramento Region event coming up in August 30th. At Stockton Fairgrounds.

the link says San Joaquin Fairgrounds but it's actually Stockton Fairgrounds.
Sac. region is good because unlike SF region they don't require you to be a current SCCA member to run. $35 for non-members for each event.

We get 4-8 runs and $10 for 4 more fun-runs
with the SF region you get free fun runs (3 or 4 depending on time)
with the Sac. region it's $1 a run as many times as time allows
