Which bushings to replace.
I've got the entire suspension to a JDM GSR sitting in my garage.
http://www.crimethink.org/mexicans/suspension.html
so I'll be swapping the front/rear sways, the rear LCA's (for the rear discs), and the front knuckles (for the front discs).
Since I will be ass deep in the suspension, I'm thinking this would be an optimal time to replace any bushing that might give me a performance/handling advantage. So as to not have to do it down the line.
My goals, are for track handling tuning.
Thanks in advance.

I have to agree with 1stGenCRXer.use polyurethane in everything, especially while you've already your suspension ripped apart. You're in for a long frustrating job but the payoff will be worth it .Good luck and try not to burn, cut and "curse" yourself to death.

Go to your favorite place to order parts online, or go to your local import speed shop and order an Energy Suspension Master Bushing Kit.
The kit will replace all the bushings in your lower control arms, upper A/control arms front and rear, shifter bushings, and some other stuff I can't remember.
Basically, order the complete car kit, and install everything [it'll be easier than trying to order each part seperate], unless you have some camber correction bushings in your upper control arm[s] already, in which case you'll end up with some extras.

There are some instructions that come with the kit, but mostly you look at the bushings that you take out and find the ones in the kit that look like they'll fit and take up the same room as the ones you take out. They usually do just that.

So here is the deal, 99 civic coupe, but I'm swapping 99 GSR rear discs, and front knuckles, so I'm concerned about getting a master bushing kit...
I could conceivable get the civic SI master bushing kit... But I'm not 100% sure it'll fit.
Also, for completness of the thread, here is an EXCELLENT howto, on the install.

it's my D in a B
order an integra master bushing kit, and just use all the teg susp. Some of the bushing diameters are slightly different between 6th gen civics and tegs...
Also, one pair of bushings that the ES master bushing kit DOES NOT include, is the rear trailing arm bushings... And the stock ones are crap, so I'd get that too. But I would reccomend getting the Prothane trailing arm bushings over ES because they come with the cross-peice already inserted, and you don't have to try and hack the old cross-peice out of the old bushing, clean and prep it, then press it into the new bushing (god that was a pain in the ass).
