Default Turbo: B18B vs B18C

Sorry to bring this beaten to death topic again but I did a search but couldn't find anything.

Heres my beef. I have a B18B in excellent condition with low clicks. I want to run at least 200WHP so here are my to options.

1) Swap for B18C1 + JRSC ... injectors, fuel pump, OBD1 ecu tuning.
2) Port/Polish, Crower turbo cams springs retainers, Custom TD05-18G turbo setup (FMIC, Greddy BOV, injectors, fuel pump), OBD1 tuning.

Cops are a problem here in T.O. ... I don't want to get it up the ass too much. What do u guys think?

You don't even need the turbo cams or the p&p to hit 200 whp with the 18g.

really? ... isn't the B18B head extremely restrictive?
I'm not looking to push my engine to the limit thats why I wanted the cams and P&P. I figure that I'd need at least 10psi on ur setup. And maybe 7 or 8 with the cams and P&P. Correct me if I'm wrong but I'd rather run less boost. The P&P and cams really not worth the money?

B18B head is a nice design, not restrictive as you describe it.

I put down 192 whp and 185 ft lbs of torque on 8 psi out of a tdo5 18g. Stock head, and motor. 310 injectors, intercooler(28x12x3.5) and an s-afc.
