Man, better value would be the Kumho MX or the Yokohama AVS ES100 tires if the rims are your daily drive. Much cheaper and handling is on par with the S03. If you have a seperate set of rims that you're putting hte tires on, get a set of Falken Azenis.

The stock RE010 is an overpriced, non-durable, decent performance tire. Never has been a good value compared to its competitors.

If you want a high performance light weight street tire. Toyo T1-S

they are the lightest high performance street tire you can buy.

S-03 are very nice too. Neither are cheap but worth the money.

go to www.edgeracing.com they list tire weights for all the tires they carry.

if you don't care about weight but want a cheap high performance tire, look for the Falken Azenis Sport

Kumho MX 205/50-15

I had the azenis and thought they were good but these feel really nice, Beside they have a nice looking tread for rain/ water.

I saw you live in NYC, if you drive in the rain those Kuhmo MX's may not be the best choice. They are not really good for rain at all

S-03!

They wear too damn fast though. Sorry to bring this thread back to life, I just had to promote my favorite tire.
