my a/c isnt cold..had my freon recharged and it didnt help, what should i do next?
just as the topic says.. i got a 95 gsr with r134a refrigerant, had it professionally sucked out and filled up to correct specs a week ago, but it still isnt that cold especially when its hot out. i go in my parents cars or my friends cars and their ac is like ICE cold to the point i cant wear shorts and a beater without being cold. mine just feels like a fan of slightly colder then outside air. the compressor turns on like its suposed to, and i dont know what to check next. any ideas? please help, its hot and black cars with black leather really sucks in the heat.

I would talk to an A/C specialist and see what they say but it sounds like the compressor is going bad. On a side note I was told that the A/C should never have to be refilled/charged unless there is a leak. This might be different with the R134A but it's still refrigerant

well i added a can of freon (to try and fix it) and ithink i overcharged the system, because the compressor would turn on and off real quick for a day, so i got it professionally done and the compressor was back to normal, no change in air temp.
