Default RS*R exhaust and you

does anyone know anything about the new RS-R exhaust line? i heard the old rs-r was really good lookin/soundin/and performin, then US distribution was discontinued, but now as of 2003 they have a new American hookup... I heard lots of good stuff about the older version, but i dont know anything about the new ones. have they changed much? they have two types i was looking at, the EXMAG and GT2. they both look real sweet, and very different from each other. i have no clue how either of them sound or perform... ANYBODY KNOW ANYTHIN?

they have a nice website www.rs-r.com
www.rs-r.com

maybe i'll just go 4 apexi world sport, or tanabe hyper...

let me know what'chu guys thinkk

I have RSR but I'm not sure the model. Maybe you would know, it looks almost like a stock exhauste (not N1 style). Anyway, its 2.25 inch and not too loud but really really really DEEP sounding. I like it cause it sounds like a M3 or something.

I have the old RS*R exhaust, it's great too bad it costs so much now. Doesn't really sound like an M3 though, the new M3's have a sort of raspy exhaust.

I think the new Ex-Mag line looks sweet. I'm hoping to pick one up within a couple of months.

http://www.modacar.com/products/Acura/Integra/MODACAB/ has a decent price on them.

I think the new ones have a black muffler instead of a stainless, but aside from a few other minor modifications I think they are pretty much the same design as the old school RS*R.

hummm thanx for the input. it is quite pricey, i just wonder if it's performance is worth the extra $$$. the Apexi WS is like 200 less. but i guess i have time to think as i save up anyways...
