Default B16A LS vs. stock GS-R

Who would win in a race between a LS with a B16A swap and SRI vs a stock gs-r?

Stock GS-R. You're going from 1.8L to 1.6L in a car that weighs the same. Dunno why you'd do that anyway...

The swapped LS won't be much faster than an unswapped LS.

B16A Integras and B18B Integras are pretty equal. B18B has the torque, B16A has the horsepower. It is a driver's race between the two.

Between the B16A and B18C, there is no question: the B18C GS-R.
