Its easy
You can find interior paint almost any where made by all kind of manufactures. Make sure to get a could brand like 3m,plastic coat. Some of the cheaper brands chip real easy. They also came out with a new dye also , its by far is the best for going black.

http://www.duplicolor.com/
Will duplicolor work? I plan on getting the door panels of another car. I have cloth seats, so I think I will just get the duplicolor vinyl and fabric dye, but it's the headlinder and so forth i'm worry about....

I think it would be very difficult to paint or dye your interior a different color and have it look decent. I think if you painted it the paint would probably chip and peel pretty easily (since that surface is not meant to be painted) and if you dyed it I doubt you could get it very even.
You can just get a new dash and console. People are parting out Integra's all the time. Check the 4sale forum. If you just want the dash/console black, I think I've seen them for $100-$200. If you want to change the color of you seats, carpet, and headliner as well, it'll probably cost significantly more.

Best bet would be to try and find interior peices that are already black. If its one thing I've learened its never to paint anything that isnt hard. The dash is made of a softer vinyle. If you paint it and push against it it will chip off. Paint isnt meant to flex like that. And it'll look ugly if you try and dye it. Either live with it or try and get a black interior. But the whole interior just wasnt meant to be painted. End of story.

i started to paint mine
I did the door panels and it lookedalright at first but then after a while it looked like shit. I had to touch it up all the time. So i decided not to and am currently lookin for black interior parts instead. But if you must. Sand the hell out of it and be prepared to do many coats. As for the dye on your seats, make sure all your clothes are black or they will be.
