what, she didnt have the "back-up sensors for idiots" system on her expedidion?? Or maybe she was on her cell phone and ignoring it.

I'd make her pay for a rental car... but too bad no where rents hondas.

I dont really see why you cant take it on your trip still... no major damage.

I feel your pain. When I bought my new Accord in 2001, I only had the car for a week and someone did a hit and run on it at a theater parking lot. Did about 2000 bucks worth of damage to the passenger side of my car.

I feel for you. It's easy for me to say this but, thankfully the damage is not too bad AND at least you know who hit you. It would be much more of a hastle to go through no-fault insurance. I think... Don't stress it, I would, but my advice is not too.

Dude I feel your pain. I got into an accident with my 02 Accord this past December (my fault though) and totaled the entire front. It took five weeks before I got it back but I got a brand new 03 accord (25 miles on it) as a rental from Enterprise. It sucked ass that I didn't have my car but driving the new 03 Accord made it easier to deal with. I gave the rental accord back to them with about 1200 miles on it. My insurance is with State Farm though but the shop I took it too put all brand new Honda parts in it and did an EXCELLENT job with the painting. Ask around and see which shops are good in your area before you just take it to where ever your insurance company suggests.
