Default aluminum-look dash trim paint?

Is there any paint out there that can give that brushed aluminum like finish? Like in some BMWs:

As in, not the flaky, clearcoated exterior finish.
I'm looking to paint some dash trim with that type of finish.

Were they stock, or did you paint them yourselves?
