Default rims scratched

Made the mistake of letting a friend drive my car. I have Racing Hart z500 rims. Scratched two of them. Actually pretty big scuffs. Anyone know how to fix or repair them? Who do i send them to? I paid too much money for them to look like crap now.

I scuffed one of my rims in a freak snow storm back in the winter. I used a dremel to fix it. First i used the one bit to grind it down a little then the wire one to polish it up. Looks a lot less noticable. Somone remind me to go buy some steelies before winter. Hope that helps.
