Default Comptech Icebox ordered!!!!

I just ordered it from Velocity Resources at Florida. I am paying $240, that's including shipping. I'll probably get it in 2 weeks since Comptech has been selling alot of them. If you guys want to order it from the same guy, I'll post his info here:

Glad to hear my name is getting around to other
boards! They are in the process of making more--I
think I sold the last one yesterday. So it is about a
week or so until I can get another. We do not have an
"online" store, but we do have a retail location and a
website at www.velocityresources.com we are legit,
not a fly-by-night operation. =)

The way to get me your information would be to either
call me direct at 407-772-0070 or e-mail your info to
me and I can get everything going. All I need is your
billing/shipping address, contact phone number and CC
information--we can accept Visa/MC/AMEX/Discover.

Please let me know if you have any quesitons at all.

Thanks

My opinion is that the Comptech icebox will eliminate the throttle lag because the air has a shorter distance to travel from the filter to the intake manifold compared to a CAI. I had disucssed this briefly with Mike B@Comptech a couple of years ago and he was the one that had made this comment. He said when you are slowing down or starting from a dead stop, when you floor your car, your engine is going to suck in more air from a shortram setup than a CAI.
