B16 CRX for sale in South Fla. NICE!!!

205/40/17 Ventus tires (75+% tread front/70% back)

140K miles on chassis; about 45K on B16. I haven't even had it a year and i drive only to work and school. It's never been raced (believe it or not). Motor runs great. No grinds on the gears.
Asking $5000, and you can have the original parts i have laying around. (a/c, stock wheels and tires)
