More pics of Honda CR-Z Mugen RR released
Filed under: Hybrid, Honda
Honda certainly loves showing off the CR-Z Mugen RR concept. We last saw the sporty hybrid idling quietly on Lord March's front lawn, showing off for the Goodwood Hillclimb crowds. Now, Honda has released a few more photos of a car it seemingly has no firm intention of building.
Mugen takes the standard car, which is surprisingly tossable, and throws a bunch of go-fast upgrades on it to transform it into the CR-Z Mugen RR. Carbon fiber bodywork and underbody tray, center-exit exhaust, forged 18-inch alloy wheels, four-piston calipers and a reworked suspension help turn this hybrid into the CR-Z we all wish it was in the first place.
Check out the latest photos in our gallery, and be sure to check out the full press release after the jump.
