Does anyone know if you can put on the steering wheel gear shifting paddles to the 05 tsx?

I've driven stick shift for a majority of my driving history. A few years ago I went with a 2017 Dodge Charger RT and those do not have a manual option but they come equipped with the paddle shift and the automatic shifter with the + and - sign. Ive used them before but not normally. Most of the time when I want to use them, its just to downshift for the extra kick but other than that, I don't really ever use them. Infact I find trying to use these on a normal basis is much more difficult than an actual stick shift car. Are there any of you who have actually gotten accustomed to using these on a normal basis? I would love to but I find it very difficult especially since sometime I notice it'll downshift for me when slowing down.
