Default Are there any strut tower braces available for 03 Accords yet?
This is for a 4-cyl 5M 03 Accord.

I'm looking for whatever is the least expensive while still be effective and of reasonable quality. Any suggestions?

Try getting the 03 Accord V6 6-spd strut tower bar and putting that in.

there is the 6 speed one and neuspeed makes one also. Also the can be installed at the same time, as some 6 speed owners are doing.

so the '03 6MT has a strut tower brace, while the rest don't?
