Why don't you go look on ebay.com? Im sure its there somewhere...when i registered like 2 years ago all you needed was a credit card.

haha, my bad man i thought you were just askin about the account thing, didn't see the question about whether its safe. Well, ive had my parents credit card number in their system for a while now and nothin bad has happened. Although i think someone did hack ebay a couple months ago if i remember correctly....
