Default 70k miles now what?

i just reach the 70k miles what are the regular stuff parts that i'm supposed to change/replace, so far i have only change the brakes and oxygen sensors which is like every 60k since new heh now i'm thinking belts, water pump anything else because i wanna do all at once, and lately when i turn off the car there is this little black thing i can read what is says to gas tank it makes noise like if it had a fan inside spinning goes for seconds again then again then goes away i wonder what it is i will take pics to be more specific thanks. accord ex 96 vtech

change all belts, water pump and seals, also do the regular tune up which is spark plugs, distributor cap, distributor rotor, pcv valve, fuel filter and air filter and you should be good to go.

What do you mean, Decibel? 70K doesnt sound like a lot for a Honda, from what I hear...especially one that wasnt made in the States...

VTEC,

I picked her up on Halloween of 1998 as an early 1999 model, and she had 100 miles on her because the dealership had to get her from another dealer in upstate New York...
