I really like the SKUNK2, its a dual bend and does not sit too low. The B&M is good, but damn the throws are way too short. ALmost like not even changing gears.
I know the purpose for a SS is to shorten the throw but B&M is just too short.

are the name brand short throws alot better than the no namers on ebay?? I bought one of the cheap ass ones from there, def. made an improvement, and I havent had any problems. Just installed Nuespeed shifter bushings today, and now its really nice.

most will argue that the no namers are good and its just the bushings that make the short shifter,...i tend to think this way also,...but i have heard about alot of people broking thier short shifters from ebay shifting hard and what not,..but i also heard about this with DC SS and i heard one or two stories about people breaking their B&M SS,..if i had the money i would go with skunk2 or C's,..but for now a ebay short shifter would suffice

I got an ebay one as well. Like previously stated, make sure you get good bushings. They make a huge difference. 2+ years with a no name shifter, and I've had no problems yet.

Just make sure that the person you are buying it from has good Ebay feedback. Then you are less likely to get a shitty product.
