I'm not sure what the OE spring rate is, but i have them on my CRX. They're just a little bit stiffer than stock, but not much. I like em, but now that I'm getting into autocross, I wish I'd put on something stiffer.
They probably are a bit stiffer than stock Civic Si springs, but again, not by much.
