vigor transmission flush gone wrong!
hi. was changing transmission fluid for my friends 93 vigor and there is a huge problem. i opened the drain bolt to let the fluid come out and only a few drops came out! i was like wtf? so i just assumed there was a leak and so i closed it and filled it. now i look at the dipstick to see the fluid level and its waaaaaay past the mark. theres too much fluid in there, but i still cant drain nothing out. i even ran the car on jacks with the bolt off, switching between the gears. am i missing something. on my 94 accord, the fluid juct comes right out and i fill and drive 100 miles and drain/fill again.that was how i was taught to change tranny fluid but its not working on the vigor. please help asap!

Just ckecking ,Are you sure its the tranny plug you removed ?.
Is this an manual Shift , no dip stick on a manual.
the Vigor / TL 2.5 tranny plug is right below the shifter (center middle ,under car) Just like a Rear wheel drive Vehicle. , you might have drain the diff. Instead.
Your if did everything right , You might want to do what boater do . Get a pump at and pump-out the oil thru the filler hole.
I hope it helped.
