How About Another Mileage Check In, Peeps...
Just ticked past 40K on my 99 EX V-6, San Marino Red...someone once suggested to me on here that the car is "not even broken in yet" at this mileage...should I be worried about the car being "too old" at this point? Is this virgin mileage for a Honda, or is that a myth? What are some of your mileages at this point? Share the numbers!

That comment you made about "not being broken in" was mainly directed at the engine, not the entire car.

91 sedan, 177,129.4 miles. It actually should be just under 200k, but I went about one and a half years w/o a spedometer, and when that does not work, neither does the odometer.
Not having many problems.. distributer had to be replaced, everything else, just maintenance.
Moms 97 civic is @ around 60k
Dads 97 accord around 70k
no problems on either of those
