Hi all,
Has anyone installed a small turbo in an Insight? I'm talking about a small 4 or 5 psi unit with an internal waste gate an a small intercooler.

You might try the froums at www.insightcentral.net. A guy on there named Willie just recently finished his turbo on an Insight. He's running a 4 psi boost and has closer to 100 hp at the wheels. Not exactly something that is a bolt on modification though. He had to custom fabricate just about the whole thing.

i like how people that don't know what cd is quote cd.
cd by itself it meaningless. you have to multiply cd by the frontal area.
thus something with a cd of .3 can be more aerodynamic than something that has cd of .15
