Default 97 TL CD Error Message

I just bought a 97 Acura TL 3.2... had to go to the dealer to get the code as the battery was replaced... everything works except the CD player which gives an error message POE I believe, and then ejects the CD.. is this a repair issue or does it require a code to correct?

Thanks!

I'm not sure if it's the same thing, but on my 2k TL, it won't play a CD that's been burned faster than 4X. Cheap old technology.

Thanks for the info...I am not sure if that is the case here or not, as it does the same with any CD I put in whether burned or store bought... also... I had the wrong error message... it displays
CD-0 first, then CD-PEO... holds for several seconds then ejects...

Default 99 tl RADIO AND CD PROBLEMS

I just bought a 99 TL and I can't get reception for AM radio stations and the CD player plays some CDs and not others- some songs on one cd and not others. It's very frustrating. The same CDs would play perfectly in other cars or at home.
