Default help..possible tranny probs?..

I dont know what's really wrong with my car..
I dirve a 1991 Honda Accord SE with about 191kms on it...

and recently (as in last week or so)
it seems that when i FIRST start the car..and drive..it wont shift out of first gear..unless i release gas and then press it again once or twice..so it'll initialy be going aorund 35-40km/h....when it should be slowly accelerating above that...but after around 3 mins?..it's fine..and yeah until I turn off the car again and start it...

has anyone encountered this problem?
if so..whats a remedy for it..or is this a huge problem??

something happened like this to me a couple weeks ago. My 96 wouldn't go into third. THey flushed out the fluid and when that didn't help i had to get a new tranny
